If your USB hardlock is damaged or lost, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
In order to process your request as fast as possible, we require your client number as it appears on the invoice upon purchase of the licence.
Additionally we require the hardlock number in order to disable it in case it got stolen or lost.
As soon as we disable the lost/damaged hardlock, we will send you a new one. (new hardlock and shipping costs will apply)
